Regular price $465.60Another one of my favorites, the octopus. They're smart, weirdly resilient, and the way they can vanish into their surroundings has always been the thing that gets me about them. There's something about an animal that solves problems, escapes tanks, and generally does whatever it wants that I can't help rooting for.
The whole octopus is a single piece, hand cut, shaped, and painted through a range of blues, with each sucker built up on the tentacles. The frame is Leopardwood, hand sanded and finished with Sam Maloof oil.
