Regular price $540.00Most summers growing up, we'd drive anywhere from four to ten hours down the coast to spend a week at the beach. More often than not we'd land right around the time the baby turtles hatched, the whole coast dotted with signs warning drivers to watch for them. As far as sea animals go, turtles have always held the number one spot for me.
Every section of the turtle is hand cut, shaped, and painted. The backer is layered blues under epoxy to pull it underwater, and the frame is Black Limba, hand sanded and finished with Sam Maloof oil.
